Công viên nước Playa Maya

Vào ngày 15 tháng 6 năm 2024, Bắc Kinh đã chào đón lễ khai trương công viên nước Playa Maya, điểm tham quan mới nhất tại OCT Happy Valley. Với diện tích 55.000 mét vuông và nằm trên tòa nhà biểu tượng Crystal City, công viên này kết hợp hài hòa văn hóa Maya cổ đại với công nghệ hiện đại, tạo nên một trải nghiệm độc đáo và sống động.
Là bổ sung mới nhất cho OCT Happy Valley, Playa Maya tiếp tục nâng cao uy tín của thương hiệu trong việc cung cấp các trải nghiệm giải trí đẳng cấp thế giới. Unite Art đã đảm nhận vai trò nhà thầu chính cho công việc trang trí chủ đề của công viên, cẩn thận tái hiện văn hóa Maya qua từng chi tiết, từ cổng vào hoành tráng đến các môi trường phức tạp trong suốt trong công viên.

OCEAN PARK ZHOUSHAN CHANGQIAO

Sau ba năm thiết kế và xây dựng, Ocean Park Chu San Changqiao đã kỷ niệm khoảnh khắc nổi bật của lễ khai trương vào ngày 29/12/2023.
Khu du lịch quốc tế Châu Sơn Trường Kiều Ocean được quy hoạch, thiết kế, đầu tư và vận hành bởi Tập đoàn Đầu tư Du lịch Trường Kiều Hàng Châu. Đây là khu nghỉ dưỡng du lịch đảo hàng đầu thế giới với các đại dương vùng cực và sinh vật rừng nhiệt đới là tài nguyên cốt lõi. Tổng diện tích xây dựng khoảng 130.000 mét vuông, tổng vốn đầu tư là 40 triệu USD.
Unite Group đảm nhận thiết kế thầu tổng thể của Ocean Park Chu San Changqiao từ thiết kế ý tưởng, thiết kế phát triển đến thiết kế bản vẽ shop drawing.

Tata World covers an area of 5,000㎡, is one of the interactive dark ride project in the Kids Zone of Vinpearl Land with great investment by Vingroup. The overall style of the external facade is designed in French architecture. Circus Land is an American-style amusement park in NovaWorld Phan Thiet. It is located on Lac Long Quan Street, Tien Thanh Beach, Binh Thuan Province.
Circus Land covers an area of 1.5 hectares and will officially open in July 2022. Unite Art was responsible for the design, production and installation of signage, composite statues and lighting to decor the park.

The Shunde OCT Theme Park project is composed of two major parts, Happy Carnival and Water Park. It is a new generation city-level boutique theme park developed by OCT in the center of the third-tier city. The total area of the project is about 140,000 square meters, of which Happy Valley Carnival covers about 70,000 square meters (including the central green area of about 35,000 square meters), and the water park covers 70,000 square meters. Unite Art undertook to build the theme work of Haishen Mountain, including Shell Mountain, Shark Head Stage, Jellyfish Wave Pool, Children's Slide, Stage Corridor.

Unite Art adopted 3D stereo modeling and 3D printing technology to design, build and operate the project. The management of data helped to integrate the building space geometric information, building space function information, and main concrete structure, secondary steel structure, external shape, water spray equipment, lighting and other professional relevant data.The advantage of 3D printing technology is visualization that realizes the simulation of the entire construction in advance. Any unreasonable design can be changed in time. It will greatly reduce rework and cost as well as speeding up and ensuring progress.

Various types of theme construction were required in this project, including GRC, TCP artificial wood and stone, wrought iron steel structure, stainless steel forging, FRP sign sculpture, texture coating, fire spray, water spray, waterfall special effects, etc. It brings visitors a new entertainment experience from all aspects of sight, hearing, touch and feeling to provide them with the best, safest, most thoughtful and memorable new holiday entertainment experience.
